Competition for the Best Young Academic Viennois at the CFA of the Metropolis

This Thursday and Friday in February at the CFA in Carros

Organized by the Association Artisans de notre avenir 06, the Académie de Nice, and the French Association for the Development of Technical Education 06, this competition is designed to reward young “Bakers and Pastry Chefs” selected by their school or training center from the departments of Alpes Maritimes and Var.

The CFA of the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur – Université des Métiers welcomes and trains nearly 1,180 young apprentices and adults each year, in 13 trades and nearly 22 certifications, ranging from the CAP in bakery, pastry, butchery, delicatessen, hairdressing, beauty, cabinetmaking, prevention, and mediation, through the Complementary Mention in Pastry, the BP in Beauty, Bakery, Hairdressing, Butchery, the Professional Baccalaureate in Dental Prosthetics… up to the BTS in Beauty Trades or Dental Prosthetics.
