Cรดte dโAzur Habitat wanted to organize this contest exclusively for tenants living in the Priority Districts of City Policy (QPV), involving nearly 5,000 dwellings, in order to showcase private flower-planting initiatives that contribute to enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
A jury composed of the General Management, the Habitat and Proximity Departments, the Communication Department, tenant representatives, and a representative from the green spaces management selected 10 balconies based on the photos received.
Additionally, 6 winners from this preselection were chosen. The winners received gift cards to be used in a garden center (ranging from โฌ50 to โฌ100).
This event took place during the fifth edition of the National Hlm Week, from June 24 to July 2, 2017, with this year’s theme being “Natural Energy Transition.”
The National Hlm Week is a civic event organized annually for the past 5 years by the Hlm Movement across France to promote the quality and significant role of social housing in our society and to highlight the sector’s driving role in the economic and social vitality of our country.
