In the Alpes-Maritimes, the situation remains unchanged: 251 deaths (186 in hospitals and 65 in nursing homes) are recorded.

Regarding hospitalizations, they have dropped to 33 this Tuesday. Only one person is in intensive care.

Thirteen people have died from Covid-19 in the past 24 hours in France, bringing the total number of deaths to 29,933 since the beginning of the epidemic, announced the General Directorate of Health in its daily report on Monday evening.

7,594 people are still hospitalized for a Covid-19 infection. 127 new admissions have been recorded in 24 hours. The balance remains negative in intensive care units, with 538 patients, which is 10 fewer compared to Friday.

Although no figures were released on Tuesday regarding the “clusters,” these epidemic outbreaks are the subject of particular attention due to “family or festive gatherings during this summer period.”
