29,547 people have died in France since the beginning of the epidemic, including 10,457 in nursing homes and other social and medico-social establishments.
In total, 10,535 people are currently hospitalized for a Covid-19 infection, compared to 11,961 a week ago.
The decline continues in intensive care as well, with 820 severe cases, including 143 new admissions in 24 hours, compared to 846 people on Monday.
“Since the beginning of the epidemic, 103,451 people have been hospitalized, including 18,231 in intensive care. 73,335 people have returned home. 29,547 people have died in France since the beginning of the epidemic, including 19,090 in hospital settings and 10,457 in social and medico-social establishments,” the statement specifies.
