The prefecture has issued the following recommendation:
“The panic behaviors observed for several hours in large stores in the department are unnecessary and dangerous. Unnecessary because there is no shortage in our country. Dangerous because they expose the crowd to close proximity and the virus. Let’s be responsible!”
