By prefectural decree, the rental for tourism purposes of hotel rooms as well as furnished tourist accommodations or any other housing intended for seasonal rental is prohibited, with the exception of:
– accommodation for the regular residence of the persons living there;
– emergency accommodation;
– accommodation for professional needs.
These provisions are applicable until April 15, 2020.
Violation of the provisions of the decree will result in a fine of 135 euros, increased to 375 euros.
