There is a significant drop in hospitalizations (-22 compared to April 30). Intensive care services are also continuing to decongest with 7 fewer cases. This is the 3rd consecutive day of decline in ICU admissions in the Alpes-Maritimes.

210 people are still hospitalized for Covid-19 on the Cรดte d’Azur, including 40 in intensive care.

During his daily press briefing, Director General of Health Jรฉrรดme Salomon stated that France has 130,185 confirmed cases of coronavirus.

Regarding hospitalizations, 668 new admissions were recorded in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of people still hospitalized to 25,887. However, there are 396 fewer hospitalized individuals, as more people have been able to leave the hospital. In total, since March 1st, 92,097 hospitalizations have been recorded in France.

Currently, 3,878 patients are in intensive care, which is 141 fewer than Thursday.

In total, 50,200 people have been discharged from the hospital, recovered.
