“The rules are not being followed. People are going to the beach, the Promenade des Anglais, the Croisette, or the forested areas. Clearly, some still think that leisure activities can be pursued. We must be firm and prevent the spread of this virus at all costs.”

Furthermore, several scientific voices are starting to discuss the necessity of maintaining “social distancing” measures for a year or more (their reasoning: as soon as these measures are lifted, the epidemic resurges).
As with all epidemics, we therefore have to wait for the vaccine.
