13,243 new cases have been detected. The previous day, 29,837 people had tested positive. However, every Monday, the data are skewed, notably due to the closure of laboratories during the weekend.
In the last 24 hours, 269 new patients have been admitted to intensive care. Over the last seven days, 1,441 people have been admitted, a number that is increasing significantly.
146 individuals have died from Covid-19 in France since yesterday, bringing the death toll to 33,623 victims.
The positivity rate is constantly rising: it peaks today at 13.4%. 1,775 “clusters,” or epidemiological outbreaks, are under investigation, including 70 discovered in 24 hours. 88 departments are in a situation of high vulnerability.
