The number of infections in France continues to increase every day, according to the latest report from Santé Publique France: 45,422 new SARS-CoV-2 infections in the last 24 hours, according to Santé Publique France (SPF).
The previous day, this figure stood at 42,032. This marks a new sad record.
According to SPF, 138 Covid-19-related deaths have been recorded in hospitals. At least 34,645 people have lost their lives due to the disease since the beginning of the epidemic.
