The number of people hospitalized in France for COVID-19 infections and the number of patients admitted to intensive care units have once again decreased within 24 hours, the Directorate-General of Health announced this Sunday.
According to these figures, French hospitals are hosting 14,322 infected patients this Sunday (-58 compared to Saturday), including 1,319 (-42) in intensive care units.
The coronavirus has killed 18,475 people in France in hospitals, which is 31 more than the previous day.
In the Alpes-Maritimes, the situation remained unchanged over the weekend: the number of deaths is 249 (179 in hospitals, 70 in social and medico-social establishments).
The data on deaths in social and medico-social establishments will be updated on Tuesday according to Public Health France.
