13 new deaths have been recorded in hospitals related to the Covid-19 epidemic in the last 24 hours, marking the lowest daily count since March 14, just before the lockdown, according to the government’s website on Sunday.
The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases has reached 153,977, which is 343 more than the previous day.
The total number of deaths now stands at 29,155 in France since the beginning of the epidemic, compared to 29,142 on Saturday.
As for the number of hospitalized individuals, it is 12,461, compared to 12,479 yesterday, which is 18 fewer in 24 hours. Among them, 1,053 are considered serious cases, compared to 1,059 the previous day.
In total, 70,842 people have been able to return home following hospitalization related to Covid-19.
