Chocolate, the “king” of the evening at the Racecourse

The General Confederation of Retail Food (CGAD) and the Syndicate of Artisan Pâtissiers of the Alpes-Maritimes are encouraging visitors to the Racecourse to indulge their sweet tooth, offering an evening dedicated to culinary delights… Pastry and Confectionery will honor the “king” of the evening: CHOCOLATE.

Tastings, demonstrations, and the creation of a chocolate sculpture… will be offered throughout the evening, alongside the spectacle of evening races.

Artisan Chocolate Pâtissiers from the region will showcase their expertise in a fun and engaging way at specially arranged stands, allowing everyone to enjoy the offerings.
Pâtisserie Cottard, the Palais de la Gourmandise, Pâtisserie Lac, Le Vanillier, Pâtisserie Cappa,
Pâtisserie Saluzzo, Maison Regel, and L’Amandine will tantalize the taste buds and delight young and old with:

• Exclusively, the creation and tasting of a summer specialty at the racecourse: “Le choc-Ô-trot.”

• Unique chocolate-based tattoos.

• A Chocolate Fountain with its flowing chocolate will offer tastings of skewers of fresh fruits and marshmallows dipped in melted chocolate.

• A presentation of the delicate art of pastry with the creation of original and unique trophies to be awarded to the winners of the races.

A tasting game will offer the chance to win Boxes of “Choc-Ô-trot.”
