During a ceremony at a palace on the Promenade, six companies from the French Riviera were awarded distinctions as part of the fourth Inventiveness Trophy ceremony, organized by the Union for Business of the Alpes-Maritimes (UPE 06) and CÔTE Magazine.

Let’s take a look at the award winners, these local firms are increasingly innovative, especially in the areas of digital revolution and eco-responsibility.

*Green Tech Award: Skavenji*

This startup has developed a connected box for “home” energy production. Powered by micro-sources (solar panel, artisanal wind turbine, exercise bike…), this box then redistributes domestic energy.

*Service Award: Wever*

This company has created an application to optimize travel, addressing issues related to mobility, accessibility, or parking. This platform collects data on user feedback and needs, then offers a virtual network of collaborative transportation, such as carpooling.

*Commerce Award: Monpanierbleu.com*

The company Cap@city has set up an online food marketplace aimed at facilitating the everyday lives of local artisans as well as their customers. This online marketplace brings together several e-boutiques, making it easy to develop local commerce.

*Technical Innovation Award: Dynalya*

Due to the helicopter rotor, significant vibrations are felt in the cabin. Many operators have tackled the problem, but have never really solved it, only attenuated it. In collaboration with Airbus Helicopters, Dynalya has then invented and developed the “Seat Sarib,” an anti-vibration suspension that eliminates all seat vibrations.

*Project Award: NiceEcoFarm*

The concept of this peri-urban farm is based on the production of electricity and food in the same place, in order to optimize and sustain local agricultural operations, all while contributing to sustainable development.

*Special Award: O’Sol*

Four recent graduates created the prototype Kino, a portable, automated, and intelligent solar generator. The energy collected by the solar panels can power smartphones, laptops, or even a mini-refrigerator. The generator’s batteries even allow it to operate at night.
