Public Health France reported a record number of new confirmed COVID-19 cases this Saturday, totaling 32,427, after reporting 25,086 on Friday.
Additionally, 90 people have died from the coronavirus in the last 24 hours. In total, 1,269 patients are hospitalized in intensive care.
The positivity rate for tests is now 1.3%.
The total number of infections since the beginning of the year now stands at 867,197, while the total number of deaths is 33,392.
