This Thursday, 7,384 patients suffering from Covid-19 were hospitalized, compared to 7,539 on Wednesday. Among them, 100 people were admitted to the hospital in the last 24 hours.
A decrease is also continuing in the intensive care units. 971 patients were in intensive care, compared to 997 the day before. 26 were admitted in the last 24 hours. 25 people also died in the hospital, bringing the death toll since the beginning of the pandemic to 84,811 in French hospitals.
In contrast, the number of cases was on the rise this Thursday, with 4,442 new cases detected compared to 4,081 the previous day.
