The “critical care” units have received 52 new patients in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of Covid patients in intensive care to 2,527. In the last 24 hours, 25 patients have died in hospitals, bringing the total death toll to at least 110,027 since the beginning of the epidemic in March 2020. The number of infections stands at 5,070 confirmed cases.
