AN EXCHANGE AIMED AT SUSTAINABILITY AND EVOLUTION, IN THE NAME OF SPORT AND ANIMATION
The professional sector of sport is primarily composed of associations.
The study conducted by INNEF at the heart of sports activities from 2004 to 2006 showed that traditional employment alone cannot meet the expectations of professionals in the sports sector.
Based on this observation, the Regional Olympic and Sports Committee of the Côte d’Azur, in collaboration with INNEF and with the support of the Regional Council Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, organized a symposium on Thursday, May 19, 2011, at the Regional House of Sports in Mandelieu, on the “New Work Organizations (known as NOT) in the sectors of Sport and Animation”.
Indeed, it is the role of the CROS Côte d’Azur to promote employment development in the fields of sport and animation. The presence of no fewer than 90 people from across the PACA territory demonstrates the interest in this current topic.
The day alternated between presentations and debates on NOT. Then there were reports and feedback from experiences already carried out in PACA (Sport Objectif Plus, PROGET Alpes du Sud, CREATIVE 06, ENERGIE ALTERNATIVES).
Participating in this exchange were: DRJSCS PACA, the Regional Observatory of Professions, the Regional Federation of Youth and Culture Centers, the French Sports and Cultural Federation, the Social Council of the Sports Movement….
