The Crossover Festival is at Chantier Sang Neuf all weekend! Non-stop from Friday, May 31st at 3 PM to Sunday, June 2nd, 4 AM. Chantier Sang Neuf and Crossover invite you to see, listen, dance, imagine, tinker, explore, eat, drink, be amazed!
For the souls who see slaughterhouses… debate houses… new paths/fields… Everything in the before and after.
The walls were first invested in 2012 with resounding success.
This year, it’s within the scenery and storyline of the project itself that the festival will be welcomed in harmony with the re-shaping and public activities of this creative and participatory site led by Sophie Duez: redesigned spaces (Daniel Buren, Didier Faustino); original appearances of still or moving images (L’ECLAT, Stefan Shankland); citizen picnic, swap, tinkering, debates (with scheduled artists), flashback/flash code visits, open/secret doors; videomaton O+…
Program:
Friday 3 PM: Workshops, initiation, and exchanges around urban expressions
Friday 7 PM – 4 AM: CONCERTS, O+ inauguration of L’ECLAT: capture, database, broadcasted and received film capture of slaughterhouses, shop, design, photo booth, NFC promenade
Saturday 4 AM – 7 AM: Breakfast, snack, on the forecourt, informal guided tour of the bowels of the slaughterhouses
Saturday 11 AM – 4 PM: Brunch, picnic, concerts, pirate radio, tinkering, debates, pilou, informal guided tours into the past and future
Saturday afternoon: Agora of free discussion, pirate radio, readings, music, participatory tinkering, exploration off the beaten track

On the music side, KAVINSKY will be the main actor of act #1 of the flagship evenings of the Crossover Festival which will take place on Friday, May 31st, and Saturday, June 1st, 2013.
