Culinary competition: vote for Mikuy!

I hope my “naughty organic capon with chard on its crispy hash brown” will please you.

This is the name of the dish I am presenting to the jury of the “1st Organic Gourmets Bloggers Contest” organized by the Bio agency.
I drew my inspiration from all those encounters with my chef friends and from the rich diversity of our terroirs.
Made exclusively with organic and seasonal products, this dish is based on chard, mushrooms, olives, olive paste, tomatoes, and spring onions, with a few potatoes… I will give you all the details in due time.
