The city of Nice wishes to promote Niçoise cuisine among seniors.
In this spirit of sharing Niçoise traditions, a culinary workshop is organized and led by Framboise Deschamps (2017 World Champion of Pan Bagnat – Collectif Les Ratatouillettes – Collectif Cuisine Niçoise) and Franck Viano (Winner of “Un Dîner Presque Parfait” – Collectif Cuisine Niçoise), this Monday at 11:00 AM at the Maison des Seniors Port-République.
The seniors will prepare their own Pan Bagnat and Pan Fruchat. The workshop will be followed by a tasting.
This first workshop will mark the launch of culinary activities around Niçoise folklore within the Maisons des Seniors of the City of Nice, activities that will be available starting next school year.
