The President of the Republic will pay tribute “to all victims of terrorism” at the Invalides.
“This is a tribute organized by victim associations who are requesting a presidential address,” said Juliette Méadel, Secretary of State. “There is a strong need for a message of reassurance, recognition from the Republic, recognition from the nation.”
More than a thousand people, victims and relatives, are expected to attend the ceremony at the Invalides, she announced, during which the name of each victim will be mentioned.
