Death of a Homeless Person in Nice: Call for the Early Opening of the Emergency Shelter Center

Following the death yesterday of a homeless man after spending the night outside during bad weather, opposition councilor Patrick Allemand is asking the Mayor of Nice to open the El Nouzah emergency shelter, which is designed for severe cold operations. Although it is normally set to open on December 1st, given the forecasted severe nighttime weather conditions announced in advance by Météo France for the next five nights, he is requesting that it be opened immediately.
