The European Movement Alpes-Maritimes, a local player in European dialogue, has the mission of reconnecting citizens with the European project and ideal.
That is why we actively participate in organizing “Citizen Consultations on Europe” in the 06 [French department code for Alpes-Maritimes], which aim to engage all public debate participants but more importantly all French people eager to express their views on the evolution of European construction, our country’s membership in the EU, and its policies and functioning.
It is European Deputy Françoise Grossetête who will lead this Citizen Consultation with the primary theme of the highly controversial 2020-2027 EU budget, which has been reduced due to the absence of the British contribution.
Françoise Grossetête will engage in an authentic conversation, encouraging the audience to think about solutions or proposals for the Europe of tomorrow.
