Didier Digard signed a three-year contract with OGC Nice yesterday. His former club, Middlesbrough (English League 2), should receive 800,000 euros in the deal. By extending the adventure on the Côte d’Azur until 2014, the former Parisian defensive midfielder becomes the fourth recruit for the Gym. Nice coach Éric Roy has already recorded the arrivals of attacking midfielder Camel Meriem (Arles-Avignon), as well as defenders Kevin Gomis (Naval, POR) and Fabian Monzon (Boca Juniors, ARG).
