The Learning Van travels the roads to meet middle and high school students throughout the Alpes-Maritimes and the Var.
Initiated by the Académie de Nice, the operation aims to present the training offerings of the CFA to all future students from CAP to Bac+5. Apprenticeship is a “path of excellence” allowing students to become professional, discover a profession, and open many doors. Apprenticeship means: training, a salary, a diploma, and a profession.
The colorful Van will visit around forty different high schools and middle schools during this period of applications on Parcoursup. Indeed, the main goal is to introduce apprenticeship and its many advantages. Through the Van, young people will be able to get information about the different apprenticeship training programs within the national education network.
The CFA offers support throughout the process. Not only beforehand, with the possibility of assistance in creating a CV, cover letter, and interview preparation. During, with support in job searching and monitoring. But also afterward in professional integration.
The Combi Tour: a way to attract young people
The Combi Tour is an original way to catch the eye of young people. With its bright colors and originality, the vintage Beach Camp Van attracts attention. Curious young people come to discover what lies behind this Van which might initially resemble a simple food truck.
To present the different fields, a menu-like food truck card is highlighted on the Combi Tour. It lists all the information about the different apprenticeship programs and personalized support so that each young person can find the training that suits them.
