This is the epilogue of a burdensome affair. The Court of Arbitration for Sport confirmed yesterday the invalidation of the transfer of the Sporting CP forward, Yannick Djalo.
The club had completed the transaction very late at night from August 31 to September 1. But when FIFA received the fax, it was too late. The organization had already overturned Djalo’s transfer, before OGC Nice took the matter to CAS.
