The election was held at the Côte d’Azur Habitat headquarters, in the presence of the 23 administrators and members of the establishment’s management. Philippe PRADAL was appointed Vice-President.
With more than 3,870 rehabilitated housing units and 605 new housing units delivered during the last term of the previous board of directors, the roadmap set by the President for the new administrators for this new management period is simple:
• Contribute to the new construction offer in order to meet the needs and expectations of the population.
• Rehabilitate and maintain the existing heritage to provide better quality of life, housing, and environment for tenants.
• Continue the mission of social support for tenants by listening to them, ensuring greater responsiveness in terms of maintenance and repairs, and improving the quality of service provided.
