Handicap International is organizing the “Sport Together” event this Sunday on the Promenade des Anglais: a sports day filled with races, meetings, and various activities promoting inclusion.

In 19 years of sweaty starts and finishes, legs and wheels united for sports and solidarity, Sport Together has achieved its goal: bringing together people beyond differences, young and old, amateurs and seasoned athletes, able-bodied and disabled people around a solidarity challenge in support of Handicap International.

Christophe Pinna, the karate world champion, is the sponsor of the event. Now a karate coach, the holder of numerous world champion titles takes on the challenge of coaching the Sport Together participants and running the 10km.

The start of all events—on the Promenade des Anglais—will be at 10 a.m., with the awards ceremony at noon.

The Sport Together village: throughout the day, beyond the races, participants will be able to discover a multitude of parasports disciplines.
