On the occasion of the 2013 Carnival, during the Bath and Zumba events organized on February 17 by the Nice Office of Tourism and Conventions, in collaboration with the Fรฉdรฉration Sportive et Gymnastique du Travail 06, a charitable operation was carried out for the benefit of the Lenval Foundation.
On this day, Rudy SALLES, Deputy Mayor in charge of Tourism and International Relations, Denis ZANON, General Director of the Office of Tourism and Conventions, and Arnaud BERTHIER, representative of the Fรฉdรฉration Sportive et Gymnastique du Travail 06, in the presence of Fabienne CAMARA, Zumba choreographer, handed over a check for 2,930 euros to Bernard LECAT, General Director of the Lenval Foundation.
This amount will be used to purchase a stretcher for the orthopedic department.
Let us recall that, historically, donations and bequests have played a decisive role in the development of the Lenval Foundation.
Indeed, it is thanks to the generosity of the people of Nice and the Cรดte d’Azur that the Foundation has been able to grow from the original two beds to its current structure.
