Join us this Saturday, June 22, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Cimiez Arena Gardens to experience this annual event celebrating early childhood.
The City of Nice organizes “Early Childhood Celebration” every year, a friendly event aimed at young children and their families. A day of games and sharing, of information and exchange, which for the first time will be held all day long in the lush setting of the Cimiez Arena Gardens.
Free activities and a dedicated play area will be reserved for children, including manual and creative workshops (clean painting, pouring, maraca making, face painting, magic sand, recycling…), a carnival game, a music and dance workshop, wooden games, balance bike courses, a gardening and repotting area, balloon sculpture, and much more.
A variety of activities for everyone
Families will also be able to gather information and engage with early childhood professionals (childminders, childcare assistants, educators, nurses and pediatric nurses…), and various municipal services and early childhood partners (Nice Easy Single Counter, family, childhood, sports departments, AnimaNice centers, green spaces and Europe departments, Family Allowance Fund…). Parents can learn pediatric first aid actions and how to make their own liniment.
Shows for young audiences will also be scheduled throughout the day:
– 9:45 AM/10:15 AM: Chorale of Childminders from the Family Care Service
– 10:30 AM/11:00 AM: Show by the Dream Fairy Company “The Garden of Emotions”
– 11:15 AM/11:45 AM: Songs by young artists from the Black Box Experience at the Animanice Bon Voyage center
– 3:15 PM/3:45 PM: Show by the Dream Fairy Company “The Garden of Emotions”
– 4:00 PM/4:30 PM: Songs by young artists from the Black Box Experience at the Animanice Bon Voyage center.
