Marathon day at the Allianz Riviera, where 5,082 people attended the 2nd Employment Forum organized by OGC Nice, the city of Nice, Pôle Emploi, NES&CITE, and Allianz Riviera. Workers and employers were once again able to interact directly, without any barriers.
A new challenge, fully in line with OGC Nice’s civic-minded approach and the “Supporter of Employment” program, aiming to hit the target, with the ambition of surpassing the symbolic threshold of 250 hires made following the first edition.
For Jean-Pierre Rivère (President of OGC Nice): “Seeing so many people, we are both happy and sad at the same time. Last year, we had 5,800 visitors. I think ‘unfortunately’ we will see similar numbers this year. There were 50 companies present, with 250 jobs found. We are always looking to improve, this year 73 have answered the call, and if we can increase the number (of hires), we will be very happy.”
