Emmanuel Macron or Eric Zemmour? The Deputy of Alpes-Maritimes has made his choice. On RTL’s panel, faced with a dilemma, Eric Ciotti chose to give his second-round vote to the French polemicist.
“I will clearly vote for Éric Zemmour,” because he believes that Zemmour “defends ideas that, for the most part, I share,” assured the Republican party candidate. He explains that he does not believe in a potential victory for the former journalist, unlike a candidate from the Republican party.
However, there is still suspense around a possible candidacy of Eric Zemmour for the 2022 presidential election, as the main concerned has not yet announced anything.

“I am a right-wing candidate who does not apologize for being so,” reiterates the Deputy of Alpes-Maritimes. The candidate expressed various electoral promises; the ban on wearing veils in public places and the inclusion of “our Judeo-Christian roots” in the constitution.
