Eugénie Béziat, a Michelin-starred chef in Villeneuve-Loubet, will take over the kitchens of the Ritz in Paris starting April 1st, as announced by Le Figaro.

For several months, there was no head chef at the Ritz following the departure of Nicolas Sale, leaving all the responsibility on the shoulders of pastry chef François Perret.

It is now official that starting April 1st, the 38-year-old Michelin-starred chef Eugénie Béziat will be at the helm of the kitchens at L’Espadon, the Ritz’s gastronomic restaurant, after the establishment had approached several renowned chefs.

The chef earned a Michelin star in 2020 at La Flibuste restaurant in Villeneuve-Loubet, less than two years after taking over the establishment from Roger Martins.
