Led by Pierre-Paul Leonelli, the Moulins recycling center has repurposed several tons of waste since its creation in 2018.

The Mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, praised the merits of this recycling center, which since its inception “has continued to develop and successfully combines the three pillars of sustainable development: environmental with the reduction of waste and awareness of eco-citizens; social with the improvement of the living environment by collecting and repurposing waste; and economic with the provision of goods at an affordable price and employees in professional integration.”

The award was presented yesterday, Thursday, November 4, in Leipzig, Germany, as part of the annual Eurocities award conference.
