euro-2.jpg The European Single Market was born 25 years ago in The Hague. At its cradle, the four freedoms of movement: those of goods, services, capital… and Europeans.

It is the largest common market in the world! It brings together 20 million companies creating 175 million jobs.
But since the Crisis of 2008, what is the future of this increasingly threatened internal Market by competition from emerging countries?

The Single Market must necessarily strengthen itself by stimulating growth to prevent Member States from the suicidal temptation of nationalist withdrawal.

How? By reviving Investment, currently on a clear decline throughout Europe.

Finally, the European Union needs strong economic governance to face all the challenges of Globalization. When will the establishment of a European budgetary Federalism happen?
