The various European communities are present in the Alpes-Maritimes department. Grouped within associations to preserve and maintain their countries’ traditions, they lack a unifying connection to communicate both with their members and among themselves.
It is for this purpose that Euroweb06 was created, to offer a free communication platform for all European nationals and their associations in Nice and on the French Riviera.
The idea is simple: Each of the 27 European countries will have its dedicated space where its associations can communicate freely.
The goal: to facilitate the exchange of information within a single community and also with the 26 other European communities.
The intention: to allow the locals of the region to discover in just a few clicks the Europe as it is lived in the area: a cultural journey into an Europe much less virtual than it seems.
The hope: to create synergies between communities with similar activities so that they can jointly carry out artistic, sporting, economic, culinary, humanitarian projects…
A team of writers will bring life to the platform by integrating articles, reports, interviews, and documentation in the form of sections (economy, institutions, sciences, history, literature, music, arts, cinema, theater, sports, tourism, culinary arts). We will also offer our top recommendations: restaurants, leisure venues, shops, travel, language courses…
EUROWEB 06, in just a few clicks, offers the opportunity to exchange, to open windows to let the words, music, sounds, and colors circulate, everyday words of a Europe to be invented and that we can locally and humanely build and transmit.
