Friday, January 21, at 9 PM, in the Black Box hall in Nice, the troupe of “Tango Forte” invites you to cross the Atlantic and “flirt” with “El Alma del tango”. A magical journey that will transport you to the nocturnal underworld of Buenos Aires! Guaranteed effect!

Tango Forte restores the most traditional and harmonious form of musical expression in tango: on one side, the instrumental trio composed of the piano, double bass, and bandoneon, and on the other, the voice that is both lyrical and intimate.
This group consists of artists from the classical, jazz, and lyrical music scene:
— the bandoneonist, Frédéric Viale,
— the pianist, Eros Cordogli,
— the double bassist, Eric Fassio
— the tenor, Gilles San Juan.
The choreographic illustration is performed by the Argentine dancer Mayra Morelli and her partner George Bonopera. Driven by their shared passion for tango, they will make you discover its various forms during a 1h45 show: from the nocturnal underworld of Buenos Aires to the cinematic tango of Carlos Gardel, from the popular cabarets to the purists who elevated it to an art form or those who revolutionized it like Astor Piazzolla.
This show revives with lyricism the soul of the concert tango, both sung and danced.
