You are responsible for the social management of the client companies of the accounting firm.
You prepare payrolls and social declarations.
You ensure the administrative follow-up related to personnel management, from the employee’s entry into the company (hiring declarations, employment contracts…) to their exit (certificates, final settlements…).
Your tasks include regular advice on social legislation: collective agreements, termination of employment contracts, hiring aids…
You are in regular contact with the client, in a role of monitoring and assistance.
