Every week in Nice, sports events are organized in the city, the perfect opportunity to exercise in a good mood.

Nice Premium met with Charlotte Malรฉcot, 25, to learn more about the concept!

It all started with her own fitness journey. She moved to the region and joined the nutrition club where a large part of the team was already present.

What are the weekly meetings that the club offers?

  • Every Tuesday evening at 7:30 PM at Port Lympia, join cardio training and muscle strengthening sessions.
  • On Thursdays, they alternate every other week between a sports session similar to Tuesday’s and with aperitifs and picnics.
  • On Saturday mornings, it’s time to exercise again but this time at Parc Castel des Deux Rois for a session with equipment to push the results further.

Then, brunch appointments, hiking, or visits to the aquatic center may also be included in the schedule. The activities are of course accessible to all levels and all ages and allow for creating bonds through everyone’s kindness and mutual support, enabling physical activity.
