Blue Week is a special moment in the lives of seniors. It is a national event that takes place in all the cities and villages across France, tailored to local situations. For the 2012 edition, theater will be celebrated in the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis from October 12 to 19.
Four senior troupes, “Les Comédiens du hasard”, “l’Albatros”, “Poivre et sel”, and “l’Office Niçois des Personnes âgées”, will take on the challenge and present their shows to the public.
Additionally, a conference on “the origins of comedy or how to find a new youth” will be given by Jean-Michel Galy, Municipal and Metropolitan Councilor.
Finally, the closing of this theater week will take place on Friday, October 19, at the Nice Theater, Michel Simon Hall, where the results of this first contest will be announced.
