As part of the 2012 Telethon, with the city of Nice being one of the ambassador cities, which will be broadcast live on the France Télévision group channels on Friday, December 7, and Saturday, December 8, the organizing committee is seeking partners for the “12h of cooking” operation. This event will be hosted by Noémie Honiat and Norbert Tarayre (Top Chef), Franck Viano (A nearly perfect dinner), and the Lac pastry/chocolate shop.
The “12h of cooking” operation, organized by students from Ipag Nice, will have these chefs and cooking enthusiasts prepare numerous dishes throughout Saturday, December 8, from 9 AM to 9 PM. These dishes will then be sold to the public with all proceeds going to the Telethon. Nice sushi, Nissart kebab, cupcakes, and sweet Pan Bagnats will attract the many attendees expected throughout the day at Place Pierre Gautier (Cours Saleya).
To maximize the benefit for the Telethon, the organizing committee is looking for partners and sponsors willing to provide the necessary food supplies for these dishes free of charge: fruits, vegetables, fish, dairy products, brioche, etc.
