International Transgender Day of Visibility takes place every March 31st, since 2009.
This day is intended to celebrate transgender people, amplify their voices, and raise awareness of the discrimination and violence that transgender individuals still face in France, Europe, and around the world.
In Nice, ATCA+ (Transgender Association of the Côte d’Azur), the LGBT Center Côte d’Azur, and Family Planning 06 are organizing this activist and supportive event for the first time, during which affected individuals will speak.
