On the upcoming Tuesday and Thursday from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Garibaldi Associations House, two meetings will be held where the next Francophonie Games will be presented along with the “All Organizers” operation which will allow the recruitment of the thousand volunteers who will make the Nice Games happen. From welcoming delegations at the International Press Center to managing VIPs, there are numerous positions to fill within the Francophonie Games team.
It is through a newsletter sent to the sports clubs and associations via their respective portals and social networks that the appointment was given for two meetings that will be held from 6 PM to 8 PM in the amphitheater of the Garibaldi Associations House, on Tuesday, May 14 and Thursday, May 16. The evening’s program includes a presentation of what the next Francophonie Games will be like, the launch of the “All Organizers” operation for recruiting volunteers, and a Q&A session between the audience and the members of the Games’ organizing committee.
On Tuesday the 14th, associations, the University, and the Grandes Ecoles will attend, while on Thursday the 16th, it will be the turn of sports clubs and associations to come and discover the upcoming games.
“Place Your Bets”
The slogan was almost natural and a given for the Francophonie Games to be held from September 9 to 15, 2013, in the heart of the Côte d’Azur capital. For this, many volunteers will support the organizing committee members of all the events comprising these upcoming games. With a comprehensive range of roles from administration to logistics, including transport or hospitality, the Francophonie Games will be a true experience for many students as well as for many members of associations and sports clubs.
Therefore, in order to present the staffing needs and recruitment method in collaboration with the associative and sporting network of Nice and the Côte d’Azur, the organizing committee members are offering these two information meetings that will provide all the information about these future Francophonie Games.
