The group “RIGHT SPIRIT GOSPEL Singers” has been performing great standards of Negro Spirituals, Gospel, and Blues since 1998, and introduces its audience to the jazzy arrangements of its repertoire.
Their Choir Director, Sophie GELLER, has sung with the greats such as Jeanne MANSON, NICOLETTA, Dany BRILLANT, Liz MC COMB, and has actively participated in Master Classes and opening acts for renowned American artists at the NIGHT OF GOSPEL (Craig ADAMS, Mighty Gospel Chariot…).
The repertoire of each concert is as diverse as the voices of various colors that make up the ensemble. With both instrumentalized titles and their a cappella singing, this Afro-American-inspired group reconnects with the traditional songs of Black people from the Southern United States, and the most famous titles, performed and choreographed, make this musical tour a truly dynamic and lively show.
