This weekend, the French Cadet Junior Championships took place in Albi. With a delegation of 19 athletes (a record for the club), the N.C.A.A. secured 3 podium finishes!
Represented in all athletics disciplines, from throwing to middle-distance running, including sprinting and jumping, the club performed admirably well in highly competitive championships under the blazing sun.
Congratulations to Xavier Vidal (2nd in junior 400m hurdles), Aurélien Fabreguettes (3rd in junior discus), and the cadet girls’ 4x100m relay team, who won the silver medal, showcasing the club’s dynamism.
Special mention to our various finalists: Inès Jelassi (7th in junior 800m), Paul Chem-Lenhof (6th in cadet 800m), Yvan Lopes Ribeiro (5th in cadet 110m hurdles), Camille Seri (5th in cadet long jump), and Sofiane Djeballah (5th in junior javelin).
Next up are the French Espoirs and National Championships in Tomblaine near Nancy.
