Stockfish in Nice unveils its programming from September to December 2026. Concerts, comedy, cabaret, theater and new concepts will mark the end of the year.
After bringing together nearly 20,000 spectators around 96 events in the first half of 2026, Stockfish in Nice is preparing for the new season. The venue located on Avenue François-Mitterrand, in the Vauban district, has unveiled a program that will run from September to December. Music, comedy, theater, cabaret and festive evenings will make up the coming months.
The diversity of formats is the common thread of this new season. Rap, metal, punk, electronic, DJ sets, stand-up and shows will take turns on the Nice stage. Several already established events will also be continued, with some changes.
Stockfish banking on new formats in Nice
The new season will begin on September 5 with the Bal des Licornes. Six artists and four unicorns will participate in this evening designed around four tableaux inspired by balls from yesterday and today. Other events will then invite people to dance, such as the Nostalgie 80′ evening on September 18 or the Forró de Nice festival, scheduled for October 16-18 with artists from Brazil and several European countries.
The season will also feature new concepts. Stocks Sessions will offer two evenings dedicated to local artists, after three days of artistic residency. Stockfish wishes to give greater visibility to the talents of the Nice music scene.
Another novelty, Stock Philo will offer a new format around discussions and reflections on social issues. Show enthusiasts will also be able to discover Rakugo Update, scheduled for December 16. The show will blend musical storytelling, the art of speech and contemporary sound design.
Comedy will occupy an important place in the programming. Noëlle Perna will return with her character Mado in Mado fait son cabaret, on October 9 and November 6. Malik Belkhodja will present Charo Responsable on November 13. Rey Mendes, Justine Le Pottier and David Sun will complete this programming on November 20, December 4 and December 18.
Stockfish Comedy Club by Bobar will also return each month. The evenings of September 30, October 28 and November 25 will offer a 180-degree stage to discover new comedians.
From American hardcore to Pony Pony Run Run
Music will also occupy a large place during the fall. On November 21, American band Terror will headline an evening dedicated to hardcore. The program also mentions Start Today on that date. Metal will be represented on October 31 with Psykup and 7 Weeks, whose new EP is announced for September 18, 2026.
Electronic music will notably be represented by Boston Bun, expected on September 26 for his first live tour. Dombrance will take over on October 23 with his project mixing music and politics. The band Pony Pony Run Run will return to Stockfish on December 10, accompanied by LeBlanc.
Rap will also have its moment with Nono La Grinta, scheduled for October 2. Fans of TV talent shows, on their part, will be able to find the world of Star Academy at the Génération Star Ac’ concert on November 28.
The programming will finally retain several events dedicated to different audiences. Stockfish Endimanchés will offer six afternoons dedicated to seniors, featuring music, theater and dance. Children aged 9 to 14 can participate in Les Petits Poissons workshops during school holidays to discover contemporary music.
Stockfish will thus continue its season with a program ranging from concerts to stand-up, through dance evenings and live performances. The Nice venue invites the public starting in September, at 5 Avenue François-Mitterrand. Doors open at 7 p.m. and concerts and shows begin at 8 p.m. Catering is available on site.
