Venetian Salon of the Palais de la Méditerranée – Nice
Pairing visually impaired individuals with professional models during a fashion show, all wearing dark glasses and indistinguishable from one another, is the concept created in 2004 by Lilas Spak.
For this second edition, it is the Association of Parents of Visually Impaired Children (APEDV) that is organizing this truly exceptional challenge, in partnership with the Lions Clubs of District 103 and Corsica, and with the friendly support of the Nice baritone, Franck Ferrari.
Inspired by unwavering enthusiasm and perseverance, several visually impaired individuals have agreed to take on the challenge once again: to walk the runway like true professionals for a good cause!
Noteworthy is the participation of Sandrine Filippini, who is visually impaired and Deputy in charge of Disability, and who also participated in the first edition.
Fashion show featuring major ready-to-wear brands, gala dinner crafted by renowned chefs (Philippe Joannès, MOF, Jacques Chibois, and Christian Plumail), sale of drawings by visually impaired children with autographs from famous personalities, and… some surprises you will discover by attending this exceptional evening…
The proceeds from the evening will enable the establishment of an artistic and cultural center for children, teenagers, and young adults who are visually impaired in the Alpes-Maritimes.
Gala evening by reservation at 04 92 00 20 80.
