It is another step towards the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris in 2024. The Paris Olympics organizing committee unveiled, during a press conference this Monday, the message that will accompany the long-awaited event.
A video accompanies this “invitation extended to the whole world, to come and experience new emotions together”, with multiple national and international sports references, sometimes paralleled with symbols of France (e.g., Jesse Owens at the 1936 Games and Marianne).
The slogan chosen by the organization aims to highlight inclusion. The organizers are thus emphasizing gender parity between female and male athletes (5,250 on each side).
