The prize is created through sponsorship and under the honorary presidency of Madeleine Zepter, who has long been engaged in the world of culture (contemporary art, literature, opera, design…). It will be awarded each year in a different country where the influence of the Zepter Group is significant, thus distinguishing itself by its international character.

The Zepter Prize rewards a professional under 35 whose authenticity, style, and creativity make them a rising star in gastronomy. This first edition thus opens a promising cycle of culinary discoveries and support for young talents.

The Zepter International Prize, worth 10,000 euros, is awarded to the laureate after anonymous visits to the establishments selected by a jury of journalists specialized in gastronomy and the art of living.

Stรฉphanie Le Quellec, 31 years old, winner of the โ€œTop Chefโ€ show (M6) and executive chef at the Hรดtel Prince de Galles in Paris, is the sponsor of this new gastronomic event.
